The commission has invited online applications for 35 posts of Transport Sub-Inspector (SI) under the MPPSC RTO Recruitment 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website — mppsc.mp.gov.in — until July 19, 2025 (12:00 PM noon).

Eligibility Criteria for MPPSC Transport SI 2025

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream with a diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering directly

  • A valid driving license for motorcycle, light motor vehicle (LMV), and heavy motor vehicles (HMV)

  • One-year diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution (central or state approved)

Age Limit (as on January 1, 2026):

  • Minimum Age: 21 years

  • Maximum Age: 33 years
    Age relaxation will be provided as per MPPSC norms for reserved categories.

Physical and Medical Standards

For Male Candidates (General/OBC):

  • Height: 1.68 meters

  • Chest: 84 cm (normal), 89 cm (expanded)

For Male Candidates (SC/ST):

  • Height: 1.60 meters

  • Chest: 76 cm (normal), 81 cm (expanded)

For Female Candidates (All Categories):

  • Height: 1.55 meters

  • Chest measurement not applicable for female candidates

Vision Requirements:

  • Distant vision: 6/9 in both eyes

  • Near vision: 6/12 in one eye

  • Candidate must be able to distinguish colors

Candidates must be in good physical and mental health to qualify for final selection.

Application Fee

The application fee varies based on the category of the candidate:
