KKN Gurugram Desk | The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has officially declared the Class 12 Arts stream results today at 2 PM. A total of 95.62% of students have passed the examination, making this one of the highest-performing years for the state. The top rank was secured by Dev Tiwari from Sahibganj, who scored 481 out of 500 marks, emerging as the state topper.

The results were announced by Education Secretary Uma Shankar Singh during a press conference held in Ranchi. The board also released data on district-wise performance, gender-wise pass percentages, division-wise classifications, and a breakdown of individual stream performances.

  • First Division: 36,243

This means more girls than boys achieved first division, highlighting a positive trend in female academic performance in the Arts stream.

Dev Tiwari, a student of JK High School, Rajmahal, has topped the state by securing 481 marks out of 500. Hailing from Sahibganj district, Dev’s achievement stands out in a competitive academic year. He is known among peers for his discipline, consistency, and love for literature.

Dev aspires to pursue a career in civil services, and plans to prepare for the UPSC examination after completing his graduation in Political Science.
