The story of Ashish Akshat is an inspiring tale of resilience, hard work, and unwavering determination. Achieving top ranks in the highly competitive Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Civil Services Examination 2023, Ashish proved that success is the result of perseverance and strategic planning. His success did not come easily, but his belief in himself and his ability to bounce back after setbacks made all the difference.

Ashish’s Early Life and Education

Ashish’s journey toward success began with his early education. He completed his 10th grade at Dinobli School in Dhanbad, followed by his 12th grade at DAV Public School in Bokaro. His strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for his future achievements. He then went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur, one of the premier institutes in India.

Although Ashish began his career in the corporate sector, he always harbored a passion for civil services. While many might have been content with a steady job, Ashish’s heart was set on preparing for the JPSC exam, which he felt would allow him to contribute meaningfully to society.

The Road to Success: Balancing Work and Preparation

What sets Ashish apart from many others is his ability to manage both a full-time job and the demanding preparation for the JPSC exam. He spoke about how he managed his time efficiently, dedicating early mornings to studying and spending his weekends focusing more intensely on his preparation. The journey wasn’t without its challenges, but Ashish remained consistent and determined.

His first attempt at the JPSC exam was a learning experience. He made it to the interview stage, but was not selected. However, instead of being discouraged, Ashish took this failure as a stepping stone. He came back stronger in his second attempt, topping the exam and securing the first rank in the state, an achievement that made both his family and the entire region proud.

Ashish emphasized that for an exam like JPSC, time management, syllabus completion, and regular practice of answer writing are crucial. These factors played a pivotal role in his success. He also stressed the importance of maintaining mental strength throughout the preparation. For Ashish, mental resilience was the real key to his achievement.

Family Support: The Backbone of Ashish’s Journey

Ashish attributes much of his success to the support and encouragement he received from his family. His father, Subodh Kumar Srivastava, was a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in the Jharkhand Police, and Ashish has always looked up to him as a role model. The discipline and values that his father instilled in him helped shape his approach toward his career and goals.

He also mentioned the role of his mother and elder brother, Abhishek, who provided him with constant guidance and motivation throughout his journey. The emotional and mental support he received from his family members played a crucial role in his success. Ashish’s story serves as a testament to the power of a supportive family in achieving one’s dreams.

Ashish Akshat’s Advice for Aspiring JPSC Candidates

Ashish’s success is a beacon of hope for those preparing for competitive exams like JPSC. He shared some valuable advice for other aspirants aiming for success in such exams. His first piece of advice is to never give up in the face of failure. Ashish firmly believes that failure is not the end; rather, it’s a learning experience that can propel one toward future success. He emphasized the importance of hard work and self-belief, stating that with consistent effort, success is inevitable.

He also recommended that JPSC candidates should focus on building a strong foundation in their subject matter. Staying disciplined with study schedules and remaining mentally strong are key components of cracking such tough exams. Ashish also encouraged aspirants to believe in themselves, as confidence and perseverance play an equally vital role in the exam preparation process.

A Rising Star in Jharkhand’s Civil Services

Ashish Akshat’s achievement has inspired countless students in Jharkhand and beyond. His dedication and hard work have not only made him a role model for aspiring civil servants, but they have also placed him in the ranks of successful individuals who have contributed significantly to public service. His success story highlights the power of determination and the importance of balancing personal and professional life to achieve goals.

Ashish’s success is also a reminder that achieving excellence does not happen overnight. It takes years of hard work, sacrifice, and constant learning. His journey of going from a corporate professional to the top rank holder in the JPSC Civil Services Examination 2023 shows that it is never too late to pursue one’s passion and achieve greatness.

The journey of Ashish Akshat is not just a success story; it is a source of inspiration for anyone facing challenges. His success is the result of persistent effort, mental toughness, and a structured approach to studying. Despite facing setbacks, Ashish continued to push forward, and in his second attempt, he emerged victorious.

He serves as an example of how consistent hard work, resilience, and family support can turn dreams into reality. JPSC aspirants and other students can learn valuable lessons from Ashish’s experience, especially the importance of perseverance, proper time management, and the ability to bounce back from failures. With a positive attitude and the right mindset, success is achievable for everyone.
