The focus areas include:

Public Policy Challenge: Reorienting Community Demands
In a bold observation, the minister pointed out that for years, public demands have centered around short-term infrastructural needs like roads, wells, or pensions.
“If the public begins to ask for knowledge centers instead of concrete structures, India will leap into a new era of development.”
The comment reflects a growing awareness within government circles that community-led demand for education is essential for long-term, sustainable progress.
Sunday Ceremony to Honor Young Researchers
The conference’s valedictory function will be held at Darbhanga Engineering College, where top researchers and academicians will be honored for their contributions.
