KKN Gurugram Desk | The Legal Services Authority (DSLSA), in collaboration with the Delhi Traffic , is organizing the  Lok Adalat 2025 on March 8, 2025. This event allows vehicle owners to settle pending traffic challans, including pollution fines under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP).

The Lok Adalat will be held across seven court complexes in Delhi and will only handle compoundable traffic offences. If you have an outstanding traffic challan or notice issued before November 30, 2024, this is your chance to resolve it easily.

Here’s everything you need to know about National Lok Adalat 2025, including the process, key dates, participating courts, and eligibility criteria.

???? March 3, 2025: Challan download begins via the Delhi Traffic Police website.
???? March 8, 2025: Lok Adalat hearing from 10 AM – 4 PM across designated court complexes.

The Lok Adalat will take place across seven major court complexes in Delhi:

Step-by-Step Guide to Settle Your Traffic Challans at Lok Adalat

If you have pending traffic challans, follow these steps to settle them at National Lok Adalat 2025.

1. Download Your Pending Challans

???? Visit the Delhi Traffic Police website (active from March 3, 2025, at 10 AM).
???? Enter your vehicle number or driving license details.
???? Check if your vehicle has any pending challans or notices.
???? Download & print the challan (as no printing facility will be available at court premises).

2. Visit the Designated Court

???? Check which court you need to visit (as mentioned on your challan).
???? Arrive at the court complex before your allotted time slot.

3. Attend the Hearing & Settle the Challan

???? Present your challan printout to the Lok Adalat panel.

Important Guidelines for National Lok Adalat 2025

???? Only compoundable offences can be settled.
???? Serious criminal cases or non-compoundable offences will require a regular court hearing.
???? Maximum number of challans that can be settled per vehicle:

  • Private Vehicles: 5 notices + 2 challans
  • Commercial Vehicles: 2 notices/challans
    ???? No digital transactions available – carry cash/card for fine payments.
    ???? Total challans expected to be settled: 1,80,000 across 180 benches.
